les shoooooes

I've been looking at shoes, more shoes, and way more shoes in the past few days. In my opinion, there is just too much going on with shoes these days. If you have a floor-length dress you can wear pretty much anything, but since my dress is tea-length, the shoes have to go with the style of the dress, and they have to be cute. The dress is vintage-ey, so the shoes can't be ultra-modern. These are the only pair under $500 that I love:

I found a coupon online that gave me $30 off the price at Bluefly, and if they come and I don't love them any more I can easily return them.

4 times the cost of my dress

But ohhhh so pretty. Maloles ballet flats, via net-a-porter. I wannnnt them. They are just perfect. Relaxed, chic, pretty, not too showy. They'll go on sale, right?

shooooooes

Since I got such a deal on the dress, I've been thinking about other parts of the budget that can absorb the extra dough. There are all too many options... and I believe the dough is already absorbed but... oooooh. On sale at netaporter, some just perfect Louboutins:

Ah, shoes

I was poking around online and found the above printable invitation from Crane's. We've already got invite plans, but this inspired me nonethetheless:
Clockwise from top left, sandals from Moschino, Paul Smith, and Belle by Sigerson Morrison.
